Announcing our Volunteers of the Year 2018
This year we’ve taken the unusual step of awarding the title of Volunteer of the Year to not one, but two of our longest-serving supporters.
Bex Hemington and Mika Nightingale are an amazing team and have worked tirelessly with us right from the start of our journey, way back in 2011, helping to spread the word about autism acceptance while enchanting both children and adults with their unique, and truly magical, approach to fundraising.
The range of characters they play is huge – here are just a few of the princesses they transform into on a regular basis…
Something that always makes them stand out is how much fun they are to have around…
But it’s not just princesses they bring to life for us. Between them they play everyone from Harley Quinn to Peter Rabbit, and recently came along to support Spider-Man at our ‘Into the Spider-Verse’ event as Mary-Jane and Spider-Gwen…
Although they both give us their time for free, Mika and Bex are also professional entertainers, and can be hired to provide unique and unforgettable parties for people of all ages and abilities. You can find out more about booking the services of some truly incredible princesses here: Princess Academy

Finally, I’d like to say a huge thank you to both Bex and Mika, from everyone at Autism All Stars – you truly deserve the title of Volunteers of the Year 2018. We’re very much looking forward to working with you in 2019, and for many years to come
